A Deck Imbued with Earth Magic
I believe art carries energy, and the ritual of making something by hand is just as important as the finished product. I wanted this process to bring a tangible sense of connection to nature into the cards. Earthbound Tarot is a deck that honors cycles of growth, decay, and renewal that are present in our natural environment.
Earthbound Tarot is a deck like no other.
Each card was hand-painted using watercolors I made from rocks and organic materials that I foraged across New Mexico. I grind these materials by hand with a mortar and pestle and mix them with a natural binder to create watercolor paint. This process makes every card feel truly connected to the land. The deck features 78 original paintings, with each card depicting an archetype of human experience.
