+ The Deck An 86-card oracle deck (more cards than a Tarot Deck) to use for reading Past Lives and Archetypes. This is a boxed set that includes the deck and book. I created this deck to be a tool that can help a person detect the types of past lives that lie under phobias, fears, relationship issues, and other concerns. This deck contains every type of theme I could think of, including both positive and negative scenarios. It needed to include all types of negative past life experiences that could lie beneath a person's unconscious decision to suffer, punish themselves, or hold themselves back. The circular shape was chosen because it offers the ability to explore different aspects of a major theme. Using the Fronts and the Backs Both the card fronts and card backs can be used to give a reading. The card fronts can provide more "theme-type" information while the card backs may offer extra details. There's some overlap, however, and the card backs do repeat (there are 20 card backs, each repeated 4-5 times). Specifications The cards are100mm in diameter, 350 GSM, printed on matte card stock. The card stock is FSC (forest-friendly) and the printer has told me the shrink wrap used is biodegradable. I ship the cards as eco-friendly as possible, using biodegradable tape and reused plastics and paper fill. The guidebook is 240 pages, 4" x 4" in size to fit in the box. The edging is dark purple which made edging round white cards more difficult, It is also generally harder to edge round cards than rectangular, so they are more limited in options. So, there can be a slight bleed that otherwise might not be noticeable with a dark background with dark edging (my cards are a white background with dark edging). The coating of the edging was a lighter coat to prevent bleeding from being noticable. Because of this, the edging doesn't look perfect. The Artwork The artwork is a compilation of stock images (converted to line drawings and digitally colored). I used photoshop, photoshop watercolor brushes, and photoshop filters by Filter Forge. Triggers and Political Correctness This could be a challenging deck for some individuals. I created the cards to be ethnically diverse and the guidebook doesn't shy away from sensitive topics. It was created for healing, so it needed to be inclusive of a diversity of sensitive subjects and scenarios. It was created as a tool to replace muscle testing and pendulum charts.
